MTR-8900 Data Logging Combo Tester

The MTR-8900 is the first combination data logging tester offering easy to use HID Smart cards software to measure, record, and email the results to supervisors. The improved version software now can test and record up to 32,000 employees. In addition we can now measure low shoe resistances down to zero ohms especially desired for the explosive device or military industries.

The tester measures each foot and wrist strap individually and simultaneously in 3 seconds. The user can use a magnetic stripe reader, bar code reader , HID cards, HID Smart cards , CASI-RUSCO, or AWID proximity reader. The resistance values in ohms and mode of failure is displayed on a monitor in English or any other foreign language. The reader can test and record up to 32,000 employees without down loading.

Once tested the results can easily be downloaded via Access or Excel or through email to any supervisor. Multiple reports such as individual department, double exception reports, daily monthly are also available. This new product conforms to all EOS standards and will avoid rejects, and speed up testing.

Included ESD Protection Test Log software generates Email reports to multiple recipients. Email reports include: Employee failure exception Monthly, daily, entire log, ESD training certification expiration, Employee attendance/vacation Logs are easily imported into Windows compatible spreadsheet/database programs Accepts and displays international dates/times Software and employee information can be password protected Able to prevent unauthorized entry without proper ID/ESD certification Can be upgraded to allow electronically locked doors to open, or bells to ring, when users pass a test
