Buckle Release Heel Grounder

The HG-BR-503 heel grounders are superior quality Cup-style shoe grounding systems designed for mobile personnel. Using only the most durable materials, the HG-BR-503 is comfortable with most footwear. It offers a quick-release buckle closure for secure, fast, easy use. These heel grounders connect the person wearing them to ground via a proper floor mat or flooring material. Wearing the conductive ribbon inside the shoe or sock assures proper electrical contact with the user. The ribbon connects to the conductive rubber to complete the circuit between the operator and the static controlled floor or mat. A rugged 1 megohm resistor is standard and visible. Heel grounders are worn on both feet to provide consistent grounding while in motion.
